La clase del master del martes 8 de febrero estuvo muy bien. Para introducirnos el tema de la logística el profesor Javier Flores nos propuso "el juego de la cerveza".

La clase del master del martes 8 de febrero estuvo muy bien. Para introducirnos el tema de la logística el profesor Javier Flores nos propuso "el juego de la cerveza".

Para quien no lo sepa, El Juego de la Cerveza es una simulación de sistemas dinámicos en donde se experimentan los sucesos que acontecen en una Supply Chain formada por cuatro agentes. Cada jugador representábamos un eslabón de la cadena de suministro, -Fábrica -Distribuidor -Mayorista -Minorista. El objetivo era minimazar el Coste de Inventario y ofrecer el máximo nivel de servicio.

Después de estar toda la tarde jugando y después de todos nuestros esfuerzos, los resultados de los 3 equipos fueron parecidos y espantosos!!!!, pero así aprendimos un poquito más el funcionamiento de una Supply Chain!!!
